We work in conformity with the most ancient
craftsmen tradition, and distil by discontinuous process.
Our period steam-fed copper plant was built up by Messrs. Nogarol
in Conegliano Veneto (Italy) in 1910.
It has been, and is being, kept updated by means of exclusive
technical devices from time to time, thanks to our valued collaborator,
Mr. Emilio Caccia, skilled technician.
On the other hand, our Mr. Pietro Folcini, experienced distiller
and irreplaceable master, drives the plant during distillation
time. |
 |
DISTILLATION PROCESS:
Our plant, running by discontinuous process, is complete with
three small low-pressure-steam boilers in copper,
one of which is equipped with devices made on purpose for fruit
distillates. |
 |
| Low pressure steam guarantees alcohol soft
distillation; in this way, original flavours
and perfumes are preserved. |
 |
| We carefully select our raw materials,
which are always fresh and rich in must. Usually,
distillation period is concluded at the end of December. |
